- United States federal judge. Charles Albert Boynton (November 26, 1867 – October 12, 1954) was a United States federal judge. Boynton was born in Quebec, Canada. He received a B.B.S. from Glasgow Normal University, Kentucky in 1888. He received an LL.B. from the University of Michigan in 1891. He was in private practice in Waco, Texas from 1891 to 1907. He was a U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas from 1907 to 1912. He was in private practice in Waco, Texas from 1912 to 1924. Born 11/26/1867 in Quebec, Canada.
