- Romanian Rugby union footballer. Florin Vlaicu is a rugby union footballer who plays for Bucureşti Rugby in European club competition and for Romania internationally. Vlaicu plays mainly at wing and made his international debut in 2006 as a substitute against Ukraine. He played for Romania in the Nations Cup and in their World Cup qualification before appearing for them in the 2007 World Cup.
