Josefina Valencia Muñóz de Hubach (September 22, 1913 - October 4, 1991) was a Colombian activist and politician, a leader of the Women's suffrage movement in Colombia and the first woman to ever head a Colombian Ministry as well as the first female Governor of a Department of Colombia.
